Set costuming is a meticulous job on film and television sets. It requires immense attention to detail while working extremely long days. My primary responsibility is maintaining wardrobe continuity, as most productions do not shoot scenes chronologically. I must also anticipate and resolve potential wardrobe issues on the fly, ensuring the costumes support the story and the actors' performances seamlessly. After shooting wraps (or is complete), the project is carefully pieced together during post-production editing. It’s a demanding yet rewarding role that ensures every detail contributes to the magic of movie-making.
